How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll get a confirmation email right after you place your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder—or email us and we’ll confirm for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once it’s on the way, we can’t make changes, but you can start a return after you receive it.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes—standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is available for an extra fee at checkout.

How long will it take to get my sneakers?

Standard shipping usually takes 5–7 business days; expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we currently ship only within the United States.

What’s your return policy?

You can return unused sneakers within 30 days of receiving them, in their original packaging.

Who covers the cost of return shipping?

We’ll cover it if the sneakers are defective or we made a mistake. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
